Why didn't Nagato revive Yahiko

Nagato could have used Naraka Path or Gedo Rinne Tensei to revive Yahiko.

Gedo Rinne Tensei​

Konan was worried about Nagato using the Gedo Rinne Tensei while being low on chakra. So while low on chakra Nagato is able to revive thousands or hundreds of people. Obito was able to revive Madara who was dead for over a decade.

So why didn't he revive Yahiko?

Answer: The only answer that makes sense is that Obito sweet talked Konan and Nagato into not reviving Yahiko. Giving them the Dream World speech and how Yahiko will just die again because he is fodder and reality is hell.

He was just getting used to the Rinnegan's ability when he killed Yahiko. I doubt he even knew he had the 6 Paths and if he did know about his knew found abilities because he seemingly summoned the Gedo Mazo, it was probably because Obito was getting to him about his talk about how the world is full of hell and there is no one you can trust so Nagato must have had a huge depression state at the loss of his friend.

I mean, it's quite interesting when you think about it but Nagato created Deva Path probably as an example of how Yahiko may have been if he ever saw the World differently and possessed more darkness within his heart, like Nagato did at the time after Yahiko's death. So in actuality, Nagato did not choose to revive Yahiko because the Deva Path was the form of Yahiko which Nagato would have desired, as it was a being, an entity which obeyed and followed the same ideals as Nagato. The way I see it, there isn't any point in reviving someone no matter how dear, if they hold different ideals to you and are likely to eventually turn against you. That was also the point of Edo Tensei which worked well during the war, in all honesty. :hmm:

Thats with Obito, Nagato had a stronger life force than he did due to being an uzimaki.
