1. kimmi was only watered down once compared to the level drop of rinnesharingan>rinnegan>eternal mongeyou>mongekou>sharingan. So yeah id say its more pure. Like byakugan.
2. there is literally no difference between her byakugan and hyuuga byakugan(by feats hyuuga is much better) yet hers is listed as kkm. If anything the title is fluff.
3.Kimmi's clan is called kaguya clan. thats literally her name.
4.The things you listed arent even her natural abilities. Outside of byakugan and her bones everything else was gained upon fusing with holy tree, so saying sasuke has her xyz isnt really true now is it.

I'd say Hamura. He seems to take after Kaguya more than his brother, who had 3 rinnegan and no byakugan.

Hagormo having the Senju/Uzumaki and Uchiha descend from him.

Hamuta having Hyuga and Kaguya clan dscend from him make sense.
