With Full intel and this distance Muu could fly up with Sakura and nule the battle field with a Byakugo powered Jinton.
But Kabuto is a Cunningham strategist and have what it takes to put the duo down.

I think anything BM Kurama avatar and above can tank it. Jinton would eventually bore through any defense if maintained for a long enough time, but Muu can only hold it for a minute at most with Sakuras help (Tsunade helped Onoki maintain mega jinton long enough to destroy susanoo clones, gokage execute their combo attack, and madara manifest incomplete PS and even then onoki only removed the jinton because he saw it was useless.)

Kabuto snipes Muu w/Kido arrow (as Sakura will regenerate) then kills Sakura after.
