We're not saying it's not plausible because it totally is, but it would not have hurt for two characters to have actually interacted in a 600+ chapter story.

I mean the pun is silly and a liiiiittle offensive considering all Chouji went through in this manga, developing past the comic relief fat guy but that's just me.

I always wanted him to get with Ino, she becoming less shallow and Chouji claiming the traditional hero status despite his chubbiness because that doesn't actually matter. It's the only pairing I cared about haha thrown away for a pun :`(((
