I've heard those rumours as well. But why for Naruto? Isn't it the biggest anime in Japan? Their budget should be alot higher than others.

I've put too many years into following this series to drop out now, but yeah the animation is really bad. The character models are off and the colors are so flat and boring. I really miss the animation from the first half of shippuden.

its alright, i expect the animation to really pick towards the last fights with kaguya and sasuke, and i hope the colors could be more vibrant ,its a little dull right now

Madara looked weird as hell. The animation for sure could have been better but I think they will pick up their slack right when the time for the Naruto vs Sasuke battle.
