You can move your body due to electrical impulses that connect all the muscles with the brain. If you want to move a specific muscle, an electrical impulse is sent to the muscle and back. Normally your nervous system only allows you to control your own body, however this Sternritter seems to be able to hijack other people's bodies because his nervous system is exposed, which he used to for instance make Zaraki's arm muscle coil around itself a hundred times. At least that's how I interpreted it.

That's why I also made the comment of his body being inside out.

What? Bazz B and Giselle's abilities came from Yhwach's blood ritual. They use reishi manipulation to use The Heat and The Zombie, but Yhwach alloweed them to use those unique powers. Not even sure how my post asserts that they can use their Sternritter powers because of reishi manipulation.

Yeah, since Mayuri himself noted that the process isn't known. Sternritters usually have abilities that are more complex than what it appears to be.

I.e: Bambietta's Explode, As Nödt's Fear, Lille's X-Axis
