Depends. If we're talking about an ordinary ransengan, lightning blade wins, as lightning blade>chidori=ransengan. That being said, a giant ransengan from Minato could probably match lightning blade (though there's no true answer for this, so it's just speculation).

Minato's rasengan seems bigger than naruto so i guess its slightly stronger than chidori. Senpou rasengan is far superior. Kakashi's kamui raikiri enhaced with senjutsu is even better than that tough.
