No foreshadowing, no sad backstory, no dream(except being by Doffy), was a HORRIBLE person unlike the other SHs......I think its better for Bellamy to save the captured DD executives since they don't know the truth of Doffy's CD status...

well even robin joined without showing any flashbacks sad stories, so why not bellamy. maybe later oda will show why he admired doffy, knowing he was a bad guy or what happened to him on sky island.

Both Nami and Robin, female characters, joined without a backstory and Robin was foreshadowed by Nami before Robin was introduced.

Well bellamy is like sabo where fans hate him for unknown reasons but once the flashback chapter is out, everybody started to love him like he is there soul mate.

Almost forgot, Robin still had foreshadowing, a dream and a color scheme when she joined. Bellamy has neither which is why I think he has no chance. Not even the most important one which is foreshadowing. Chopper, Robin, Franky, Brooke, Jinbe and Elbaf Warrior had foreshadowing. Hell, even Smoker and Tashigi has foreshadowing.

Btw, don't like Bellamy and still don't care about Sabo.

If Bellamy where to join I would honestly think about dropping the series because I think he's one of the worst characters there's ever been in this series.

I've never bought that Doflamingo didn't kill him at Jaya and all he was was this arc's Luffy getting stuck in something. This arc would have been perfectly fine without him. I would be very disappointed with Oda and I really think i would quite the manga because I would loose all Faith in Oda.

Rebecca may still be a bad choice overall but she's way better than Bellamy.
