So, for instance, imagine that Aokiji could generate such coldness that it could result in the Absolute 0 (0K or -273C) in which all particles would stop moving as they wont be any heat and heat is caused by kinetic energy.

So if, during MF, Whitebeard and Aokiji clashed against each other and Aokiji usd absolute zero on one of WB quake bubbles. What do u think will happen? Will the law of Absolute 0 prevail and WB quake bubble wouldnt work as there would be no particles vibrating, or will the quake bubble still work due to the Gura Gura no mi vibrating power?

Gura Gura no Mi creates vibrating particles so I don't see that stopping him.
