We're talking potential here. Regardless of what others say, as an Uchiha we can state this as fact

She has potential for 3 Tomoe and MS. I'm not saying she'll get that, but she does indeed have the potential. Additionally, considering her mother is a top-notch Kunoichi who has learned firsthand from Tsunade and has learned all of Tsunade's techniques, then it's fair to think that Sarada has the option to learn from her mother if she ever pleases. That doesn't mean she'll learn it, or that she'll be good at Med, but we can say for a fact that the path is open for her.


Based on that, we can say, regarding potential, it's quite incredible what she can possibly amount to

No, cannonlogically he doesn't and the Databook has made that super clear. Tsunade, Sakura and now Sarada have used the tech in the manga.

The chakra control required to preform Mystical Palm has 3 aspects that makes it more of a task worthy than Rasengan:

1. Gathering the exact amount of chakra necessary to heal the injury.

2. Projecting their chakra out of their hands.

3. Fusing their chakra in the patients cells.
