It clearly says Kakashi is "taking stance" and from that distance Kakashi wasn't even able to avoid the blitz, he HAD to block it with an inferior weapon which I highly doubt was ideal.

That feat honestly doesn't matter when we know Kisame is more than capable of fighting more reflexive fighters such as Bee and Gai. Asuma was also only hit based on the fact that he was testing out a way to counter his unorthodox fighting style. However, this is a point you can use against me, so I will honestly concede here. I will say that it's important to note that Orochimaru did have the reflexes to land a strike on KN4 Naruto as both were approaching each other as well as the fact that he did manage to somewhat defend against Enma's somewhat unpredicable fighting style supported by Hiruzen who also has a 4.5 in Taijutsu.

He was off-guard after evading Kakuzu's Katon and even then, Kakashi managed to counter his attacks effectively even after admitting that he was exhausted after Sharingan usage and 4 Raikiris.

Him taking stance was mainly because he didn't have knowledge on Hidan's capabilities as well as the fact that he was more concerned about Kakuzu. He's not going to rush in and exhaust himself knowing that he has to contend with another Akatsuki member afterwards.

^No actually Hidan did react to Shikamaru, being able to block = reacting. Dodging isn't the only method of reacting. Only thing was that he was surprised by the fact that Shikamaru decided to fight up close.

mind you Asuma and Kakashi have the same speed in the databook although its not the best measure. Despite it being 2v1 he was the one that landed the blow on Asuma while simultaneously dodging Shikamarus shadow

He was merely overwhelmed by Hidan's style, he wasn't "trying out anything".

KN4 is a beast, a mindless beast its reactions don't have to be great because it tanks mostly anything. It took Oro quite a bit of time to reach, Naruto in that time he did nothing but sit there.

Enma is nearly the same size as Hidan's large scythe, except Hidan swings it faster, moves faster and has longer range...
