Its more likely to be Sabo than Luffy imo. I feel like Dragon and the Gorosei will kill each other, then Sabo will become leader of the Revs. Then, Sabo will fight Akainu as the leader of the force against the WG vs the leader of the WG's main force. It'll be Mera vs Magu rematch, with Sabo awakening Mera to compete with Akainu, and after an extreme diff fight, Sabo will either kill or severely defeat Akainu.

Going with Luffy, Sabo wasn't there and Luffy has that scar that he always holds when Akainu is mentioned. Ace was even killed right in front of him, Sabo wouldn't be a bad choice though.

I think Luffy will fight BB for the PK title and since the final war will only happen once one piece is found I find it unlikely he will be fighting BB both for the title and in the final war.

Sabo is the best choice... Because Revs must be more prominent in overthrowing WG and Navy is part of it...

PK's symbolical final battle should be against BB and that even before becoming PK... Because PK isn't someone who can conquer anything or defeat anybody but the freest man in the world...

Akainu is the only important character that luffy really hates. I honestly feel like luffy and sabo should defeat him together in the final war with the world gov't.
