Saitama walks up at a grass field and drops a bodybag he was carrying on his shoulder to the ground and opens it.

Hearing Saitama's petty insults, Tobi's anger erupts. "UuuuuooooooOOOOHHH!" he shouts into the air as the fireball comes towards him. He passively activates his Sharingan and removes a special sheet of paper from his cloak. Tobi's body becomes intangible as he darts forward, passing through the fire unharmed and reaching Saitama in the blink of an eye. Tobi passes through the frightened man's body while yelling "I MAY BE A VIRGIN, BUT I CAN GET INSIDE OF YOU!" As he passes through Saitama, Tobi lets go of the sheet, causing it to materialize and regain intangibility inside of Saitama's body. "Nobody...calls me...a SISSYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" Tobi screams, with the last word coming out high pitched as he regained solidity and formed a seal, detonating tags inside of Saitama, then becoming intangible again, to avoid the explosion and the rain of Saitama's guts and blood.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

These special tags then attach themselves to the intended target, but just as they detonate, summon additional tags that in turn create more as they too explode. Obito can't become physical while he passes through a person or an object. Also you're not really "passing through" me as we now know he sends his bodyparts to the other place so if he makes an object physical it wouldn't manifest inside my body. With that being said, this is not over just yet.

As Saitama hears the raging Uchiha, he expects him to counter the technique but is surprised to see him run through it. Still somehow keeping his composure however, he sends his earth chakra along the ground to cause a tremor powerful enough to have Obito trip while he is running. As he falls in his miserable attempt to charge at Saitama, he throws 2 kunais with papertags at him with the intent to put him out of his misery.

Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner. He also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's presently touching, as long as he is able to maintain some form of contact with at least part of the desired item. Described as a perfect defense, Obito is able to phase through anything, avoiding damage completely.*

As Saitama notices Obito getting underground he stops his world shaking while preparing. When Obito emerges, he is surprised but quickly creates a pillar of earth beneath his feet to elevate him into the air while pushing him back diagonally to keep his distance. As Obito is coming at him from the same angle Saitama throws a kunai with paperbomb at him, while jumping at the same time so that he is flying backwards in the air and gains more momentum from the explosion of his paperbomb and avoids a close range fight with Obito. Then as he is in the air, being aware of his visual prowess. Saitama then inhales and exhales a thick mist from his mouth which conceals his presence to Obito while covering the whole battlefield. As soon as he lands on his feet Saitama proceeds to run to his left in a circular motion, observing Obito's last location, he performs two handseals and spits out stick liquid all around him up to mid range and puts chakra on his feet as he stands on it. Being able to see around him only up to short range, he waits to act with the slightest hint of an attack. He thinks to himself.

It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
