Boruto tests his attack vs a version of Sasuke his Susanoo

I don't think they're training. Boruto is wearing Naruto's jacket which means it must be toward the end of the movie when they are having that final battle. I think Sasuke is just protecting Boruto while he unleashes his attack.

The real question is:

1. Who is he aiming at
2. Is he able to throw his Rasengan
3. Who can't dodge a Rasengan at that size? -----------------------

I. Does that mean his mini-Rasengan is small for a reason?
or
II. Does the Rasengan move at incredible fast rate like a bullet?

4. Outside of theories it is a simple rasengan, he doesn't add anything to it otherwise he wouldn't throw it after he creates it. It's really weird tbh
