Kaguya can move through dimensions with her S/T tech and many dimensions. But can she move through them all? Even Kamui dimension? I haven't seen anyone entering Kamui dimension without Obito's eyes. Are they accessible to him only or maybe I missed something ?

Kamui dimension is personal dimension that not governed by Kaguya. She need to sync with Kamui dimension to enter it

I see where you are coming from. Well since Kaguya has her Rinne Sharingan I would assume she can open his dimension. Kaguya is the goddess of NV so we can assume she posses all the types of jutsus which includes Kamui. The difference is she won't have to waste any chakra opening his like he had to do hers even with DMS.
