Im talking about part 2 Usopp.

Strongest opponent he can beat?

Might sound funny but I think he may be able to defeat Crocodile.If he somehow snipe the sheet out of him.

In close combat he gets spanked by pretty much most villains, Usopp said so himself, he's a sniper, he's not meant for close combat. At best Usopp takes out sugar, I know that's already proven, but Usopp even from long distance will not be beating any shikibuchai like crocodile. On a side note, his father Yusopp could most likely, and the great Ben beckmen :Sparks:

he can't defeat crocodile how will he even hit him?? he doesn't have Busoshoku Haki, plus croc is way too strong for him don't underestimate him.

I believe Crocodile would have a real hard time with Ussop, extremly hard win against him since Ussop is quite stupid but hella smart in battle tactics just like Shikamaru [the latter is always smart though ~_~] I believe that current Ussop with full intel would have given Crocodile a really hard time since he knows his weakness and like I said he is battle smart, still Crocodile > Ussop hard diff but yeah that's it, I think y'all underrating both Ussop and Croc, Ussop is one of the best snipers on OP from what we saw and Croc has one of the most hax DFs but still Crocodile is a stronger opponent and has more stamina and speed and that may give him a win also that final technique [can't remember its name ;_;] that sucks all the water or tf it does would be decisive.

also not everyone from SH can beat him I mean i strongly love Nami but she doesn't even come close to defeating.

You must also remember, Usopo is a sniper, "facing" crocodile one-on-one is a slaughter fest. However if Usopp is at a very long distance then I can see him standing some chance, but depends on terrain though, if it's in a desert, IDC what usopo uses, he's getting stomped. But if it's in a casual place like a city or kingdom, or grassland then usopo is going to need a quite a bit of water, though as a sniper croc shouldn't catch on too fast, but one hit and croc goes on predator mode, either way it's blindside or die
