It wasn't even a real manga panel. The coloring is very low in quality and therefore, lowers the quality of the panel.

Anyways, Ace dying wasn't that sad too me. I was more sad for Luffy.

That panel of toy Kyros holding his dead wife was way sadder to me.....and this one...
