This thread only shows that you don't comprehend the manga. Madara was being nerfed the moment he became the Juubi Jin, also Gai had help from Edo Minato, Gaara, Kakashi, and Lee just to do the little he did. Madara negs 8th gate Gai no problem if he was one bit serious. Limbo, Deva, Wood jutsus, fire jutsus, or Susanoo would all take down Gai. Gai is a Jounin ninja, yet he had to go 5th and 6th gate to beat a fake Kisame clone who was 70% powered at the start of the fight but became 17.5% when he made 3 clones. Gai had to go 7th gate against a weakened Kisame without Samehada. Clearly the power from gate 1-7 doesn't boost Gai's level to high Kage.
The 8th Gate is said to give you power above the 5 Kages yet Edo Madara (weaker than alive Madara) toyed with the 5 Kages and called it child's play. If Gai's power isn't on Edo Madara level then I don't see it been close to alive Madara let alone JJ Madara. Naruto is faster than 8th Gate Gai in KM alone, Gai uses Shunshin to move faster but Naruto with just Yang Kurama has more chakra in KM alone. KM is a flash, that's all you see, a flash. KM speed is compared to Minato's FTG, he also have sensing ability to better react and attack with. Naruto can easily use a TBBFRS to take out Lee, it has a large blast radius that Lee wouldn't escape from. Sasuke with just EMS was starting to see JJ Obito movement so I don't see Sasuke having trouble in seeing Lee's or Gai's (Madara had 1 eye and wasn't a using his sensory ability). Lee isn't getting pass PS and Sasuke using genjutsu, CT, Body Chidori, Enton, ect... Would all be bad for Lee.
