Why?





Because obito is the only known uchiha that has a special ms technique(I don't count shisui because his is basically genjutsu)

He doesn't use amatarasu or susanoo,became the juubi Jin,overcame it's will,and survived the juubi extraction,doesn't have EMS but still didn't go blind,can go to different dimensions without rinnegan or so6p juice,obito/black zetsu killed madara,and tricked madara by taking some of the biju's chakra

And he's the only uchiha seen to be goofy (tobi)

Obito is the most unique one for his Kamui and his personality. Certainly not seen an Uchiha who experiences love like they got friendzoned. The way how he got manipulated/used was not unique though.

The anger of Rin's death (which happened when he was a child) was burned into his head & soul--it never receeded, he couldn't ignore it & it was always on his mind thanks to the curse seal.

When he was going to go into the IT dream he would have been his old self again. A kid Obito with a kid Rin. And in turn, that's what happened to him when he died & went to the pure land.
