Location : On the roof of the Hokage Manor, they can move around nearby buildings and the likes if they want tho.

Condition : Both are old. Danzo has unsealed his arm but won't use KA, Hiruzen has the staff. Danzo has ten ROOTS member with him, Hiruzen has ten ANBU with him, whichever fodder win will try to help their boss during the fight (ex : spamming Hiruzen with fireballs, using Raiton on Danzo). No Shiki Fujin and stuff for Hiruzen.

Intel : Manga, so it's nearly full, lol. Assuming that Hiruzen knew of the experiment and the purpose of all those sharingans, Danzo knows abot Hiruzen's stamina and will adapt his strategy regarding it.

Distance : Both sides are 30 M apart.

Mindset : IC, Danzo wants to kill Hiruzen, Hiruzen simply HAS to kill Danzo and will not hesitate.

Round II : Same conditions but both are in their prime (Danzo went back in time to implant the Sharinegarm), same conditions.

Round III : Prime, Bloodlusted beyond belief (won't even talk or anything, they want the other dead and will attack with brutality), KA still restricted.

From a portrayal standpoint Hiruzen should win. Manga has portrayed him stronger than Danzo on several occasions. Even Danzo admitted Hiruzen was superior and hyped his prowess. Hiruzen was said to be strongest Kage at his death, which means he was stronger than all the other Kage (Rasa, Ay IV, Mei, Onoki) and the manga supports this since all of them (Rasa replaced by Gaara) were being stomped by Guruguru and Hiruzen was fighting on par with him and saving their asses.

OT- Danzo beats Old Hiruzen low-mid diff. RDS is useless due to izanagi. No way are him and Enma going to be able to fend off his attacks for ten minutes. He'll get outlasted if he uses ninjutsu.

Prime Hiruzen beats Danzo mid diff. Baku gets Katon, Hiruzen is skilled enough in reactions and taijutsu to react to his sneak attacks and clones allow for multiple fields of vision. Katon can burn away any fuuton

Old Hiruzen easily gets outlasted. He's still has some decent counters considering he has fast hand seal speed and proficiency with Katon, and Enma can provide a viable defense as well though unfortunately, Hiruzen's low stamina kills him here.

Prime Hiruzen should take this quite easily however.

Based on him not having the stamina to handle 10 minutes of Izanagi. He needs to consistently hammer Danzo with attacks that he can't evade, block or survive without Izanagi if he wants to make him use up his 10 eyes in 10 minutes, otherwise Danzo just uses Izanagi sparingly and lasts way longer than 10 minutes while Hiruzen runs out of chakra and kicks the bucket.

But if he starts throwing elemental jutsu left and right, he'll run out of chakra quick.

it won't be very taxing to avoid a sneak attack ten times, by enma watching his back & he won't have to use clones or the shinigami summon

Which context is this? Did you pay attention to the flashbacks at all? The dude was inferior to hiruzen back then.. and died as being inferior. He couldnt surpass him... doesnt mean just the hokage.. thiugh only the strongest of generation become hokage.. but then again you guys are basing hiruzen from a part 1 fight where he was limited to what he could show.
