Tired of this misconception of Genjutsu

I blame the naruto wikia they are giving misleading information.

Jiraiya was clear about how genjutsu works

Step 1: Affect the five senses. Genjutus works on the five senses as seen multiple times.

Step 2: Control chakra flow

Although there are alternatives to Step 2 listed below:

Hypnosis
Paralysis
Mind control
etc

All genjutsu are different. Controlling chakra flow does not apply to every genjutsu it was never stated or implied. One important thing Jiraiya says is that while in a genjutsu the chakra in your head is controlled by your opponent. So controlling chakra is an effect like mind control and paralysis not a cause Most Genjutsu activates through the senses only And again all genjutsu is not the same, while in Shisui's genjutsu the mind is controlled, while in Izanami there is no control of an opponent's chakra and so on.

Controlling chakra does not cause genjutsu it is the manipulation of the senses that cause it, controlling chakra is an effect. Paralyzing someone does not cause genjutsu again paralysis is just a effect.

One important thing to note is that Jiraiya is not a genjutsu expert or master he has not encountered every genjutsu his words are not a universal law. What he said probably applies to a select few of genjutsu. Even his statement about breaking out of genjutsu does not apply to every genjutsu so why should the Step 2 apply to every genjutsu.

One scene of the opponents own action is stored by the users Dojutsu, than an identical scene for a moment must be recreated. The opponent is imprisoned infinitely in the time rip world (?) between the first and second scene that were stored. To escape the Genjutsu one must accept their original fate/destiny, reforming someones conduct will allow them to escape.

Clam Genjutsu

Summoning a Giant Clam a large quantity of steam jets out covering the environment of the surrounding region to exhaustion. Water Particle membrane reflecting light, infinite mirror images are produced, enemies eyesight is fooled. It creates many mirages of the person in order to protect oneself.

The only way to break out of this genjutsu is by destroying the clam

This jutsu is very very similar to Mu's invisibility jutsu

Using Water Vapor to bend light into a prism, any solid matter's and shape is changed and creates a phantom image.The jutsu strong point is it's control over water. By manipulating water particles ones presence is erased.

Fact: All Genjutsu are illusions they affect the senses. The effects of genjutsu differ.

Fact: I could have got my point across by saying Kaguya used genjutsu on a 100,000 people that had no chakra regular people. Madara used his on cats, animals, and regular people too that had no chakra.

If you run out of chakra you basically lose vitality and spirit so of course and overdose like Kakashi sure that's death. But having a complete lack of chakra does not kill you there were plenty of moments where someone was out of chakra

Genjutsu wont work on thousand clones, unless IT, the global one.
Genjutsu consume so much chakra that it can only be used one or two time in combat.
Genjutsu can be dodge by speed or knowing the time when genjutsu is being cast and simply move away from that position. Any sensor or dojutsu user can predict this, or Gai, master of taijutsu can predict enemy attack by just focusing on enemy feet and move along with it.

Actually it does because you're using physical energy to produce it, when you can no longer produce chakra it means you no longer have the physical energy meaning the body is out of energy and hence on the verge of death.
