Is a character not cool if he killed many characters?

Because many seem to say Obito is not cool because he killed many people. Or do they dislike he was said to be the coolest instead of just cool? In my opinion he is not the coolest character, I think Naruto and Tobirama are cooler but I don't mind if people say Obito is the coolest.

I understand if you have some other reasons.

But saying he is not cool just because he killed many people would make most villains in similar stories not cool.
