Kakashi is stronger, faster, and more technichal than 4t Naruto and he couldn't land a hit. Not even a chidori. The point is, Naruto won because of a plot device that allowed him to do what no one else could. No other shinobi coud touch the Zero tails. Just sayin'

Zero Tails appears in the 2nd Naruto Shippuden Movie. He's a complete filler character, so you won't find him in the manga.
