Not really.

It's just another theory; albeit the weakest since it fails to account for the fact that to use Kekkei Genkai, you need the actual gene. Senjutsu strengthens your existing abilities, not give you new power. And the only other way to get your hands on advanced elemental chakra is to take it pre-moulded from another source, like Naruto did with the Bijuu.

But with Naruto having Rikudō Senjutsu himself, he wouldn't have needed to ask Son Goku for Yōton chakra if advanced elements were within reach of the aforementioned. And lets not forget that Rikudō Sage Mode as a whole gives full understanding of the universe and insight into the nature of existence so he'd know and be able to perform, even if he couldn't explain it - like with Kakashi's eye.

Six Path Senjutsu is not a normal Senjutsu like Toad or Snake or Hashi SM. Its completely different Senjutsu.

It combination of Six Path power and Senjutsu. Juubi jin mainly relied on TSB(Combination of more elements). Its enough for this thread

so no... having rinnegan means that you have Hago's chakra which means that it's possible to use all techs BUT does not mean you CAN.

once you have those black balls floating around (guodama i think?) then that means you'd manage to have control of all elements

The black balls comes with the menu as it is. It doesn't mean can control everything else

Imo the fact Naruto can manipulate TSB and apply different elements to them should prove that he has the skill to combine his basic natures to form any KKG he wishes.

The point of my statement still stands, Sasuke sharingan allowed him to combine his jutsu with another jutsu.

They Rinnegan grants it's user the capability to use all elements and yin, yang, yin-yang along with the ability to separate or combine chakra.

That's not entirely true, no where had it stated one can use any and all kkg with a rinnegan and sasuke matching chakra levels with naruto does nothing to prove your point since the didn't create a kkg and instead merely combined jutsu.

Naruto didn't create a kkg, he created a Reasen-shuriken.

All jutsu's are made of chakra, He combined 2 separate jutsu's into a kkg.

Kekkai Genkai is entirely different. It's formed when the user manipulates his chakra to form multiple elements and molds it together to release an entirely different element with completely different properties. Your scan didn't present that at all.

He was clearly adjusted his fire to match the ratio of rasengan. Just like Naruto and Yamato combine their attack with the same ratio.

What Sasuke can do is rely on his kkg to make his own move, since rinnegan can only using all existant jutsu bar kkg.
