One thing for sure is that Naruto's Kyuubi Mode would take on the form of Incursio. Plus, there would be more female characters that actually kicks ass. Then there would be a setting where there is a corrupted empire and a bunch of assclowns to kill.

And...way more deaths. Not just deaths, but ones that can be all of the sudden to anyone. There won't be much of redeemable villains like Obito, Zabuza, or Nagato.
