Is Minato more superior then Tobirama

Or Tobirama is still better at using it.

What do you think?

Minato FTG V2 is much faster and efficient than Tobirama's FTG. Minato's is instant.

My understanding of it was Tobirama created it but was limited by the fact he had to come in contact with someone to place the seal down. Minato put the seals on kunai and used them to place markers wherever he needed to. Add that to the fact that Minato was more focused on speed as opposed to Tobirama's high water afinity, he could use the FTG to a much greater degree of success.

Tobirama already said Minato's skill and usage with FTG exceeds his.

Minato's version is superior, his versatility with the technique is greater and he created more variations with it. He preps his weapons with his jutsu formula before hand, which gives him the advantage over Tobirama who marks on the fly. Minato also created the like of the Hiraishin Dorai (Flying Thunder God: Guiding Thunder), which is a space time barrier than can pretty much redirect any projectile.

From the Fourth Databook:
1. Tobirama’s developed jutsu were later inherited by a disciple, a user whose name was rising. Namikaze Minato improved the mastery of “Hiraishin no jutsu”, and thus took the nickname “The Yellow Flash”. The excellent jutsu was refined according to the disciple, who evolved it together with the era.

2. Minato handles to perfection the "Hiraishin no jutsu" invented by the nindaime Hokage, Senju Tobirama.

3. Second Hokage producing a spacetime ninjutsu and the Fourth Hokage taking this technique and pushing it even higher.

Most of Tobirama's OP jutsus were perfect later by others (impure world resurrection). Still impressive that they originated from him

True I guess, but Body flicker isn't even space time ninjutsu/teleportation.

It's just speed/foot speed. Vitalising the body and moving at almost untraceable speeds.
