[Discussion] The Rule of the New World

An important that a lot of people seem to not think about is that there a two key rules when it comes to surviving in the New World: either work under a yonkou or make alliances that will have the strength to challenge one.

Oda doesn't like tossing aside characters. In one way or another, a character has some kind of impact or importance so that means a lot of the characters who were seen in Paradise are in the NW under a yonkou or in some kind of alliance.

What characters do you think are in a alliance or under a yonkou?

Kuro and Don Kreig for sure, I feel Don Kreig will make it big enough to be relevant later in the series. We'll should see Cp9 again.

Don kreig might be BB's surbodinate, though Kuro doesn't strike me as someone's underling.

I think Krieg was that broker smoking a cigar. As for Kuro, I can see him making an alliance if its for his goals and plans. I forgot to mention Foxy and Wapol....they are perfect for Buggy's crew.

iirc I think the broker was Lucci, I miss Foxy, his DF is pretty op, if he loses his Davy back fight to Buggy He'll definitely join them.

We saw one panel of Croc in chapter 700. He had a ship and men.

The broker with the top hat is believed to be Lucci. The one with the cigar, puffy hair and a partner seems to be Krieg.

Then there was no reason to introduce him. He even had a over story and cover stories don't mean a character wont show again(Buggy showed up again and people believe CP9 returns). Morgan is now a criminal with a bounty, is Helmeppo's father, had his jaw broken by Kuro and believes rank is the most important thing in the world. Like many others, Morgan will definitely come back. I see him as a BB pirate.

Return of Morgan, Don Krieg and Gin would be cool.

Krieg desperately wanted to come back to 'paradise' after he got his ass kicked in the grand line, but he managed to assemble an entire armada. Would be interesting to see him make a small return like a sub-boss in an arc later on.

Morgan is bound to be beaten by Helmeppo after he humiliated his son and cut Garp before he escaped. Helmeppo showed that he now is making his own choices. Defeating and capturing his father who suppressed him is the only thing left to do to show his own form of justice.

Don Krieg is Don Chinjaos son so he will come back but not as a broker.
