The one and only to give him the fist is Luffy, the one who saw his brother getting murdered right before his eyes, anyone else defeating/killing Akainu in behalf of Luffy would just shit on the story and anything being build up until now.

I wonder if he will joining SH or somehow join Heart Pirates? Or no one and start his own crew?

After Bellamy's appearance in this chapter, I have no doubt in my mind that he will join.

If Bellamy is already going to join someone, despite the fact he used to have his own crew, I doubt it's going to be Luffy. That would simply be too awkward, confusing and also humiliating for Bellamy. Even until the very end he wouldn't betray DD and consequently fought Luffy despite that he clearly said to himself that he knew he had been admiring the wrong person all along. However supporting DD to the very end to him was his own way to save his pride, that he at least wouldn't be a guy who would turn his back on his 'captain' when things take a turn for the worst. So him joining Luffy after the battle then seems unlikely as Bellamy would probably consider that as something that tarnishes his pride.

Law on the other hand is a different matter as him and Bellamy are the same in the sense that they share a complicated past with DD, so Law and Bellamy would likely be able to understand one another better than Bellamy and Luffy. Also Law has a history of picking up stray pirate captains

You really got to give it to Oda though, he succeeded in creating such depth for a character like Bellamy despite having giving him only a very limited amount of screen time.

Kabu, who is a beetle Zoan, was able to communicate with beetles and tell them to help bring Robin, Rebecca, and Bartolomeo to Level 4. So that likely means that Zoans can communicate with the species that their Zoan DF turns them into and command them, if the animals are willing to help.

Law's arm had been cut off recently and they still had the arm. However Kyros' leg had been cut off a decade ago and lost.

Bellamy joining Law would make no sense in my opinion since Bellamy and Law haven't even had a single line of dialogue with each other.

Neither did Law had one with Jean Bart, but he still decided to take him along. Also Bellamy joining Luffy doesn't make that much sense either.

He said some of his crew died on the way to Skypiea, he never said his entire crew. There are two ways to Sky Island: the knock-up stream the Strawhats used, which is an all or nothing thing. Or they all survive or they all die and then there was a 2nd, safer route. However if you take the latter the chance you lose individual crew members is exponentially higher. Gan Fal explained all of this. How could Bellamy have gone to and from Sky Island and taking that huge golden pillar with him without a crew?
