Sasuke used his own chakra the whole fight which means he wasn't low on chakra, Naruto on the other hand only used Kurama's and when he was in base mode he barely made a rasengan which means he was almost out of (his) own chakra.

Well Naruto dodged that amaterasu but he was not able to dodge a simple sword in his BCM and full shape also

Do u even read the manga?? Naruto stole chakra from kurama and he can use it by giving chakra to him whilst taking his chakra in return, stay rustled.
