Naruto and Sasuke needed a lot of help to fight madara

In chronological order:

Literally an army and tailed beasts

Madara killed them both.

Naruto was saved by obito, Sasuke by kabuto

Both given free power ups by hagoromo

Without sasukes dre power up, Naruto, Sakura, and kakashi would be in IT

They couldn't have defeated him so Kishi had to plot hole BZ in.

All that help and they couldn't do it.

Agreed that is because Madara was the best developed villain in the War Arc. Kishi said he made Madara too powerful and yeah they still couldn't kill Madara, but BZ made their job easier. It was time to move on for Team 7 for a villain they could actually beat.

If there were no Kaguya part, then everyone would support Madara's cause. Madara's goal had to be portrayed as wrong and bad somehow.
