The sad thing is we don't know anything about Temari's speed, proficiency in CQC and stuff like that. Going by manga feats, if she can't deal with Kimimaro fast enough, she is most likely screwed once he closes the distance.

wind cast net would bleed him some, but not cause greivous injury. kim would just regenerate.
not that she can hit him with it anyway.

Her Futon did cover quite a far range against Tayuya and did manage to pierce through Base Raikage which is fairly impressive.

She might have a chance, but that's dependant on whether or not Kimimaro can close the distance between them. If he can, she simply can't fend him as she has no CQC feats suggesting she can.
