Reason I think sasuke was always stronger is



-sasuke won vote 1

-Naruto even admitted he needed to get stronger to beat sasuke at the start of shippuden also he and Sakura even thought Oro gave sasuke drugs to make him stronger

-weakened 5ks sasuke was on par with a healthy naruto

-during the war sasuke was able to blitz madara something kishi didn't have Naruto do because he isn't fast enough

-vote2 was just plot armor for Naruto :/ sasuke had all tailed beasts,absorbed naruto's chakra,and didn't use all paths




Naruto is only invincible because of plot armor without that he would've been solo glance by every uchiha he fought :/ oh and killed by pain

VoTE 2 Sasuke was more or less equal to VoTE 2 Naruto IMO, probably slightly inferior due to RSM Naruto's Clone usage.

However, Sasuke's Bijuu Enhanced PS was obviously superior to RSM Naruto and RSM Naruto required the entire Earth's Natural Energy to match Sasuke's Power Output which even then, Sasuke's jutsu was more powerful as it stalemated RSM Naruto's most powerful attack despite having an elemental disadvantage.
