There are many ninja who is much better than Sakura and can apply medic to their unique style.

You do understand that every ninja can't cut it at being a medical ninja? It's entirety is delicate, precise and flawless chakra control but more than that it requires a that you collect and retain a wealth of knowledge. Example being Sakura being able to remove and nullify Sasori's complex poison when not a soul in the sand village (including veteran toxin maker Chiyo).

Ino tried to do exactly what you implied "many" ninjas could do, apply medical ninjutsu to their unique style and she failed.

Asuma wouldn't have died if Sakura was present.
