I didn't like it much at all. The characters seemed a little off too me. I support NaruHina and I'm disappointed in how they were brought together in the movie. That flashback that we suddenly saw, they would have been better of bringing it up in the fight against Pain when Hinata appeared if they were going to use it. It would have been more fitting there imo. Otherwise, they should have used something different for this movie. The only thing I can think of to be redeeming for how they are acting suddenly in the movie is that they went through a war and war can change people.

I did not watch the movie. But it looks like a gem of a movie with the review you gave.

I just watched half of Naruto the last on the underanime app, English subs were done by a fan. The translation subs were 6.5/10 the person got he and she mixed but overall you can understand the story.


The animation was on high Naruto episode standard.

Now onto the whole thing. The movie was absolute garbage. I will tell you why and you can probably see it for yourself if you just google it and watch it.

The whole movie didn't feel like Naruto at all, it felt like the characters were used for the story but they were not their usual self.

The pacing of the story was very very slow. We just got dumb pointless things like Shikamaru drinking coffee or Naruto walking about. It basically showed a normal human's life and it felt very wierd because we saw usual things like sleeping, eating, talking and just thinking from Naruto and some other characters. It felt a little wierd because we are normally use to a different kind of story telling.

Hinata was being childish and stupid. She was being stubborn. When she started a conversation and Naruto asked what was wrong(because she kept on getting sad) she just kept saying nothing, don't worry which was frustrating.


She was also getting sad over how girls started liking him and it basically seemed like she was blaming Naruto for it.

I ONLY WATCHED HALF OF IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD, here are the most retarded things I saw.


1.Hinata has byakugan and walked into a spider's web.

2.Hinata was hanging onto a scarf so she wouldn't fall from a building.

3.Hinata fell down on a 2 meter jump from roofs when she was on the retrieve mission.

The reason I say the building and the falling is dumb is because REMEMBER ninjas can walk on walls,roofs and WATER. Naruto can even FLY!

4.NARUTO WALKED into a spider web too and fell down and got hurt to the point he needed medicine... but he survived the great ninja war against gods.

5. Naruto is suppose to be the second fastest after Ameno blitz gg but he missed like 30 punches and couldn't even catch Toneri at the start.


Overall I think the whole movie was an insult to Lord Madara, Lord Sasuke, Pain, Kaguya and even Obito. Why? Because Naruto was able to fight these guys/gals and survive yet he found it hard to punch some puppets.

I like Hinata's character but for some reason in THIS movie she was portrayed as a weak girl who needed Naruto 24/7 but remember SHE IS A NINJA.

Another thing I found annoying was that it took about a 2 minutes for Sakura,Shikamaru and Sai to defeat a giant crab with low intelligence and barley any strength. So Sakura can punch the ground and kill many juubi fodders but it takes 3 people a few minutes to defeat a crab?

I rate the movie 2/10. I say that it was on par with the ostrich filler episodes and Konoha's mums filler episode.

The best part was when we saw Lord Sasuke walking in the desert.
If you want to judge the movie, find it and see how bad it is. I will pray to something today that it gets nuked out of existence.

1. First of all, the characters are not OOC. They are adults and they are completely different from parts 1 and 2. In other words, it is called maturation and they are not kids anymore.
2. Hinata was not childish or stupid. Nor was she stubborn. She was surprised when she saw Naruto wearing Kushina's scarf and she thought that some random girl gave it to him. Plus, she was fully aware of how popular Naruto was with girls.
3. In case you didn't realise, this was a romance story between Naruto and Hinata. I have no idea how can you call the spider web scene retarded, this scene can prove that Hinata can be almost as silly as Naruto at times and maybe she may have forgotten to activate the Byakugan, but this scene was when Naruto began to flirt and tease Hinata. The 2 meter jump thing, again this was supposed to be another one of those romantic moments between Naruto and Hinata.
4. The hanging on scarf thing was because, if you paid more attention, her ability to manipulate chakra was affected by Toneri's jutsu.
5. Naruto walking into spider-web was used as a comedic moment. And the fact that you call Naruto needing medicine when injured retarded, just shows of how idiotic can you be. Naruto may have godlike powers, but he is still a human being, and any human being can get hurt or even killed. Once again, this is supposed to be a NaruHina moment.
6. The reason why Naruto couldn't touch Toneri was because he didn't know of what Toneri was capable of but in the end he was able to solo Toneri with a punch.
7. Hinata was not a weak girl. She inherited Hamura's chakra, she 'rejected' Naruto and went with Toneri in order to save Hanabi and the world from destruction, she destroyed the Tensaigan with Naruto's help. Hell, she didn't hesitate to rip Hanabi's eyes out of Toneri's sockets.

You are basically saying, it's okay if it defies plot or logic as long as it's comdeic relief or a "HN moment". "He didn't know what Toneri was capable of" that makes no sense as a counter argument. His speed is suppose to be nearly instant. In the ninja world a lot of the enemies you fight and see you have no knowledge about so it is no longer an excuse but part of the system. Furthermore, Naruto had a go at Toneri 3 or 4 time so that should have been enough to adjust to his dodging skills and speed.

Bruh, Naruto always had comedy. Remember when Naruto forgot that only Senjustu works on juubito, in the middle of a war to save humanity? This is no different.

Also, Toneri is a new villian, did you expect him to get wrecked early in the movie? That's not how movies work.
