The sharingan was needed for raikiri before because it required that one move at a speed that causes tunnel vision, the sharingan perfected it by allowing fluid movement for counters and precision. This became obsolete when Kakashi learnt how to use raikiri with a kunai that he can simply throw or keep in his hand

He actually has more access to his 1000 jutsu now

We can view the sharingan as gravity training in a way for chakra. To cope with the chakra taxing attribute of the sharingan kakashi developed excellent chakra control as evidenced by his increased stamina throughout the series and his performance in war where he could dance with bijuus ffs (partially transformed but impressive cause 4 tailed naruto had everybody shitting their pants ). Now that his sharingan is gone he has way more stamina. You don't forget the jutsu sharingan teaches you either or base sasuke wouldn't be able to use his chidori variants or lees taijutsu

He now has slower reaction, increased stamina and physical capacity, no kamui, and more access to jutsu. He is no way fodder and still kage level.

It's an eye not a brain or storage unit. And just because he copied jutsu doesn't mean he remembered them, either. I don't know why people think that he memorized 1k techniques just because he copied them.

Just because someone is godly powerful it doesn't mean that they are fodder. Unnamed characters who are all but destined to die on/off screen or rediculously weak are fodder. You don't fall under just OP or fodder. There has to be a middle ground. For me, that's where Kakashi falls under.

He was hokage that's the mangafact and it's mangafact kage aren't fodder and he said he was useless in a fight against a god kaguya.
Even the kages were useless against rinnemadara but everybody know Hashi ain't fodder. Lmfao you saying this with a yamcha ava

Exactly, that's it. He still has his jutsu cause sharingan copies by seeing how the chakra flows when said jutsu is performed. Sasuke ain't forget taijutsu in base form nor does he forget chidori in base but he used the sharingan to learn these moves.
Kakashi just can't copy or kamui gg anymore but pretty sure his body feels way better.

That only happened because he was struggling with that fact that Obito was alive and the impact he had had on him. I would hesitate too if I was in the same situation.

I'm 100% sure kakashi didn't forget how to cast his 1000 jutsus because the body has a memory, imagine some move you learned (a jab or some aikido move...) the eye and the brain capture it in the begining but after some time you execute it without thinking, the body's memory, like when you drive.

kakashi can't copy jutsus anymore but he has great stamina, personally I've always found that for a guy like him the sharingan was more of a burden. now he deals with his real body, he can even create new jutsus...remember that he created the chidori before he's got the sharingan at an early age.

uchihas have to kill a friend to get more power because of the sharingan, they are limited if they don't do so. non uchihas like sarutobi, hashirama, tobirama, or kakashi or minato don't have to do it. the supremacy of sharingan is just an illusion, a curse that's all, I'm sure kakashi will be great without it.

He isn't a fodder, but he isn't as powerful as the other Kages in this time. This is evident when we see The Last movie and we witness the Kages protecting their villages. Kakashi on the other hand, required assistance from his personal squad to achieve this as he lacked firepower otherwise. This however is a no-brainer as Kakashi never had a lot of firepower to start with. He and Sasuke are alike in that manner, they have sharp, precise attacks that don't hit a large area. (Excluding Sasuke's unique variants of the Chirdori such as Chidori Stream.) The original requirement for Sharingan in regards to Chidori was because of the sheer speed the jutsu has. Kakashi even states in part one that Sasuke is able to learn and master the Chidori thanks this Sharingan, meaning Kakashi himself believes that someone without the Sharingan cannot master and use it. Kakashi also don't have access to all of the jutsus his copied over the years, he probably have access to something that he normally uses. (Mud Wall being a prime example.) Your only counter-argument to this is that Sasuke still have access to his Chidori and Lee's Taijustu. The reason Sasuke have access to this is simple. He trained for the Chidori for weeks, as seen in Part 1. As for Lee's Speed/Taijutsu, he also trained for that and as Kakashi stated.Even though Sasuke had gotten a lot of the way, he was nowhere near Lee because he lacked the physical power. ​
