Nagashi, doton armor, a disarming taijutsu move, kenjutsu, fuuton gusts, etc.

Kirito jumped over a fireball which his clone spewed at him, unsheathing both of his swords whilst in the air. Gliding towards his clone, Kirito began to spin around and around, focusing chakra into each blade. Once he reached his clone, Dark Repulser and Elucidator each ripped through him, making him poof.

Dean pops in out of nowhere. He had to finish off this kid's training as it has been sitting around for a while now, and he wanted to be a better swordsman. He had learned most of the things, but still required to learn the ones that need Lightning training. He had gotten it in the mean time, and Dean didn't mind helping to quickly finish it off.

"Yo, I am Dean Winchester, but you know that U_U. All those times drinking in the bar, in Iwa. Anyway, I heard I have to finish off your Kenjutsu training, so let's get to it! My method is as follows, I will explain the technique to you and I want you to perform the technique against a clone of mine, and give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of the technique. Lastly, tell me how you would use it in battle. If you have questions, ask!

Since you know Chidori, this technique requires you to hold your sword in your dominant hand and channel Chidori into it. This causes the blade itself to radiate, and even emit a chirping sound which is the Chidori's signature sound. It sharpens the blade too, allowing to now cut through steel itself. If you do cut someone, it numbs the area where they are cut too, so it can even be used to prevent movement, if you strike a leg or so. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards his student.

"After that, a technique designed to counter Chidori Nagashi spammers. This technique only works with free flowing Lightning techniques, like Nagashi. Once you have been struck by the technique, and with your sword already in hand, you will cause your sword to act like a Lightning Rod to attract the Lightning currents that were channelled into you, from the attack. You will then slam the sword into the ground before you, dispelling the Lightning charge and the effects of paralysis, that Nagashi causes. Use it to counter this Nagashi!!"

Rentaro unsheathed his katana from his waist and held it in his dominant, or right hand with the blade's tip facing the dirt. Dean in turn "poofed" a clone into existence for him to preform the new technique on. Rentaro gathered raiton chakra into his right hand as if he were preforming a chidori, but sent the chakra from his hand into the sword, causing it to glow a bluish color and emit a chirping sound as lightning crackled around it. Rentaro pushed off of the ground with his right foot to break out into a full sprint at the clone. Once he was close enough that he could hit the clone with the sword, he pulled it around his chest from his right side where he was holding it prior, cutting deeply across the clone's chest, the sword entered at the left side of his waist and exited by his right shoulder. The clone "poofed" away as he finished his slice. Rentaro finally re-sheathed his sword and turned to Dean.

In terms of advantages, this can be used very effectively to surprise an opponent who you have engaged in close quarters. By simply channeling raiton chakra into the blade at the last second, the sword would be able to cut through their defenses and hopefully make contact with them. Another advantage that this technique has, is that it can counter many earth based techniques, and coupled with the "lightning rod" technique, that allows you to be able to rush in knowing that your sword can cover attacks that are earthen and lightning based. Cutting through rock could surprise your opponent, especially if they put a solid wall up which would block their vision. This is also the perfect counter to the S ranked earthen armor technique. The numbing effect of this technique is handy as well, because even if the strike isn't fatal against the opponent but still makes a little contact, that area of their body is numbed and harder to use. There's also the staple effect of lightning techniques where there is a chance of paralyzing the opponent. Now... in terms of disadvantages, the opponent can counter this with a technique that covers their own weapon with wind, and due to the fact that lightning is weak to wind, you would be at a disadvantage. That being said, the user of this technique needs to try and start it at the last second possible if their opponent is wielding a weapon as well. Another disadvantage to this technique is that if you use it, you must be committed to it as well as ready to cancel it. This is because it required constant chakra, making it impossible for shinobi without Ying-Yang training to use other chakra based techniques.

Rentaro listened to Dean as he explained the next technique, and watched as he preformed Nagashi on him. Rentaro drew his sword once again and tightened his grip on it. The moment he was struck by the lightning, he channeled chakra into the sword, drawing the lightning and its effects out of his body and into the blade. Rentaro flipped his grip around on the sword so the blade was facing the ground, and stabbed it into it, releasing the lightning chakra.

In terms of advantages, this is pretty much a counter to any free flowing lightning techniques, and allows you to get closer to the opponent while still staying relatively safe. Another advantage is that if your opponent primarily uses lightning techniques, this can cripple their fighting style to some degree. As for disadvantages, this can only counter free flowing lightning techniques, and you must be holding your sword to preform it which could limit your ability to weave hand seals. Another thing is that if you are in mid air, you wouldn't have any place to release the built up chakra in the sword.
