As jiraya personally trained konan , nagato , naruto , 4th hokage and they all became kage level .
Kakashi trained naruto , sasuke and sakura but sasuke was trained by his dad and itachi before he even meant kakashi , also he was trained by orochimaru a legendary sannin ( who teacher was the 3rd ) but kakashi gave sasuke good start up training like chordi , lighting techniques , and basic feats like taijustu and being a mid range fighter however orochimaru was the reason sasuke was able to fight akatsuki level opponents 1 vs 1 . and sakura was trained by tsunade not kakashi at all.
sasuke training with oro:
minato trained kakashi and obito but obito got training by madara which made him high kage level at like 15 years old and kakashi got training from his dad so can minato take credit to why both obito and kakashi were war heros in 3rd war and in 4th war were the main factors
obito training from madara made him high kage level , before he was chunnin under mintato training :
