Rin and Hinata are very different. Rin is the bubbly, friendly, always smiling and always doing things for others type of nice. She sacrificed herself for the sake of the village and did everything she could to support her teammates. When it comes to Obito she was a true friend and always believed in him. Hinata is the low key, selfless, warm, nurturing, doesn't judge others, understands other's pains type of nice. She is nice because she knows very deeply what it means to hate oneself. She was always very insecure and never believed in herself. So because of that she doesn't want her friends to experience that same type of pain. I think Rin is more nice in the general sense of the word but Hinata is just down to the core very selfless. And I don't think Konan can compare to their niceness.
