Madara has both of his Rinnegan.

Even if Obito reveals his Kamui Susanoo, Maddy just stands still and his limbo clones tear him apart. If he had rikoudou chakra he could possibly sense them, but he doesn't have SM like Naruto did so he can't fight back.

I'm just stating fact. Madara knocked back all of the bijuu at once with limbo and one rinnegan. It would illogical to think he couldn't do it to a ps.

Obito wins with Rikudou chakra.

He loses without it.




Reason being that without Rikudou chakra, neither him nor his attacks can make contact with Limbo. This means that Limbo will bypass his PS and head straight for him. With Rikudou chakra, his attacks will make contact with them so they won't get passed his PS. However, Obito can't sense nor see Limbo so he'd have to keep it up at all times since he won't know when the attacks will come.
