This plain and simple fact has been displayed throughout the manga many times over. No matter what happens or who seems to be above before when Naruto and Sasuke have a serious fight or even when they both share a stage plot always finds a way to make Yin = Yang.

VoTE 1 was the perfect example.

Naruto w/ Rasengan> Sasuke w/ Chidori so Sasuke gets CM power up.
Sasuke w/ CM power up and 2T> Naruto w/ Rasengan so Naruto gets more Kyuubi chakra
Naruto w/ more Kyuubi chakra >Sasuke w/ CM power up and 2T so Sasuke awakens 3T
3T Sasuke> Naruto w/ More Kyuubi chakra so Naruto gets 1 Tailed Cloak
In the end 3T CM lv2 Sasuke= One Tailed KC Naruto

RSM Naruto with 9 bijuu> Sasuke with immature rinnegan and little experience so Sasuke gets bijuu power up.
Battle ends with them both on the ground unable to move on deaths door. :|

So now in the future with no power ups left to be had Naruto's personal full power = Sasuke's personal full power.

If sasuke had little experience with rinnegan then Naruto also had little experince with his RSM as they both recieved their powers at the same time.

In the past, it's been clear that they took turns on who was the stronger one. They weren't always equal, and there was reason to believe in an inequality between them. That being said, they're confirmed to be equal, so I won't fight that. ATM, I'm just curious how Sasuke could make up for the fact that Naruto got a buff by having full Kurama and making up for the lost bijus.

Yes Naruto had little experience with RSM that is y he had plenty of help from the bijuu :|

Besides that Naruto gained universal chakra comprehension so his little experience meant near nothing.

I believe the Viz only said Sasuke got the hang of his abilities during the fight. At the very leasy i know he never saud he mastered it, and he really only copied what he saw from others with the same abilities
