Is Kakashi only Shinobi who was genius and stronger than their rival?

Most of the time hard working Shinobi beat their genius rival.

The only one I can think of that is genius stronger than his rival would be Kakashi.

And even that is assuming Guy was not allowed to use 8 gates. If Guy used 8 gates, it would be a draw.

Characters like Minato and Itachi might also be stronger than their rivals, if they had one. I am not including Neji because Rock Lee is probably stronger when using gates.
