Ino, during the war, was able to use a jutsu that allowed for large scale Telepathic communication. This should have been used after JJ Obito was defeated, to warn everyone fighiting Madara that he had been revived by Obito.
Why would this make a difference? Because Gaara had the opportunity to kill him. Gaara completely immoblised Madara by injecting Sand into his blood, before attempting to Seal Madara with Shukaku, because he thought Madara was still an Edo.
Had Ino used this jutsu, Gaara would have known that Madara was mortal, and, rather than try to seal him, he should explode him with Sand Coffin.
Therefore, it is Ino's fault that Infinite Tsukiyomi was cast.
