Part 2 Usopp with CoO against Part 1 W7 Luffy without Haki.

Part 1 Usopp did pretty well against Luffy back then in Water 7.
Now give Usopp 2y training and half controlled CoO.

I think Usopp is pretty underrated when comes to fight.When he is for real he is quiet decent.

Not sure if he can handle pre skip G2 or G3 Luffy though, he might be overwhelmed.

Luffy would win if he's serious, Ussop cannot react to G2 speed even if he has kenbuksho(which he hadn't mastered yet). He may dodge one or two strikes, but he will get hit most of time.

Well in that case he should be able to beat Luffy before he got the Gears. But Pre skip G2 or G3 may be too much for him to overcome, unless he can keep his distance.

Did everybody who said Luffy forget how it took the entire crew to take out one Pacifista pre skip, but that after the timeskip the standard issue Pacifista's have become instruments to show growth ?

Luffy, Sanji and Zoro can one shot them. Franky mowed down a dozen and is made out of stronger material then them now.

So how hard is it to believe that Usopp is unable to take out one Pacifista after timeskip ?

That gives him plenty of firepower to smoke Luffy.

That statement feels weird to me. i mean think about usopp now beating croc.

OT: Luffy still wins. He wasn't fighting serious at all. Usopp has no feat post skip that I think is comparable to beating croc even.
