Doesn't mean he learned it from Naruto through training, for all we know he could of picked up on certain things while playing/spending time with Naruto. He obviously isn't a regular kid, but so far we don't have any background info on how he learned his abilities.
Actually she is. Read her profile on the wiki page well. She mastered half of her mother's technique that took sakura three years to do. Also her abilities are largely unknown so it is too early to say she is weak. Once she masters her father's chidori and fire style techniques not to mention the sharingan abilities and that of her mother's abilities. Then you will know how she is a true uchiha prodigy

Sorry if I sound rude but the Boruto movie character sheet translates Sakura to have the Sharingan, and Sakura's fighting style only. She definitely isn't an Uchiha, or at least the version you want her too XD
