JJ Madara and Kaguya were scared of Sasuke's Ameno

The only threat to JJ Madara and Kaguya is Sasuke's Ameno and his battle plan.

As we all know dual rinnegan Madara and Kaguya are pretty much immortal, the only way to beat them is to seal them. That was when Sasuke's Ameno really comes in handy. If Sasuke didn't have Ameno than there's no way to beat Madara/Kaguya since it's impossible to sandwich them because they're just too damn fast.

TLDR; Sasuke's Ameno is the only tool that can launch a surprise attack on Madara/Kaguya and ultimately seal them. Naruto can attack or do whatever he wants but in the end without Sasuke's Ameno Naruto is useless, all he has is firepower. Sasuke's only key, and both Madara and Kaguya were scared of his Ameno since it can sandwich them for the ultimate double penetrat!on seal. GG
