That's what I was thinking.

Naruto was a lot taller in the family portrait. Even in the manga he looked way taller than Boruto compared to movie sketches. I remember that one pic of Boruto, Naruto and Minato. Boruto didn't even come up to Shippuden Naruto's shoulder length and the Last Naruto and Gaiden Naruto were supposed to be a lot taller than Shippuden Naruto. So either Boruto and the other kids had a huge growth spurt or Naruto became a lot shorter in a few years time.

Naruto even had to bend down to talk to Sarada in Oro's hideout.

Yes, indeed. Sasuke's halt in air after the sword clash was sick AF. And Kishi did say they're equal, but he didn't specifically mention in which aspect, so we can't really say it's full battle skills and power or just taijutsu/kenjutsu battle as shown in the trailer. He can be equal, he can be not, can't be determined yet.
