...I am not sad at all when he pierced Karin, whilst trying to get to Danzo...but why didn't he shoot Danzo's head off? Was he that consumed in darkness, Danzo would possibly avoid that(ROFL) or he his descent into darkness grew hatred for Karin(just kidding )?

Which is why he said don't move. Also, if he raises his arm to aim for Danzo's head, he'd have noticed, being he had a Sharingan active. Piercing his chest was more subtle.
