No he would die, you can't get something as OP as revive the dead and expect no sacrifice. He only has the rinnegan it just has all it's power in one eye. Basically the way you put it. Madara can bring back the dead and only lose an eye.

Fanfic. Not even Naruto with the jesus stamp from the Sage couldn't revive the dead. Sasuke will get gray hair and die unless he has a spare plack zetsu around to sustain his life for a day or two.
