[Discussion] What do you guys think Kid Pirates vs Red haired Pirates

How is Kid going after Shanks any different than Luffy going after Kaido? You guys are acting like the Alliance have no chance at victory, Hawkins is the guy who can foresee the future, you think those 3 want to fight Shanks knowing they have no chance?

You guys need to quit with this, the Alliance will win with whatever the author allows.

I believe Shanks will REKT them so hard as much as I believe Kaido would do the same to Luffy and Law at the moment !!
Even so Luffy+LAw is way more stronger than Kid+Hawkins+Apoo and also Shanks is stronger than Kaido.

Who knows how strong kidd, apoo and hawkins are. If each of them could hold their own against shanks, Beckman and yasopp then it may not be a forgone conclusion. It would be more interesting if the alliance beats shanks though. I don't want shanks to die but it would definitely be more interesting for the story.

lol marco told people in WB crew to stand back cuz they couldnt handle his haki lol...his haki alone is probably strong enough to wipe 50% of the Alliance without really trying. He was able to stop an enraged Ankainu with just putting up his sword. Kidd Alliance is suicidal...

Well we don't really know that, Kid could be stronger or he could be equal or he could be weaker. Apoo and Hawkins on the other hand dont strike me as strong as that strong compared to Law and Luffy.

But its better to wait for feats before we say whos weaker.

Whatever difficulty the Law/Luffy alliance will go through facing off Kaido will more or less be the same as Kidd's alliance against Shanks. However, kidd's alliance has an advantage and overall more intelligent than Luffy's alliance

Why are they more intelligent? Don't forget Law is not the only one with a brain. There is Sanji who is a master spy and saboteur. Nami, Usopp and Robin are quite smart themselves too

When you have people that are not so bright like Luffy and Zoro, it's pretty hard to achieve a higher overall intelligence. I know there's others intelligent members but I'm speaking about overall intelligence.

We don't really know much about Kid's alliance either tbh. Killer and Hawkins seem rather bright.
The SH&H alliance impreses me more. Robin spend 20 years hopping organizations. Pré ts she had knowledge on Kid and Law, relatively low profile pirates. There is no telling what she knows about the big fish, especially since she spend 2 years with the revs.
Law was a Shishibukai so no doubt he knows things normal pirates have no knowledge on. If Jinbei joins the fray... Hes a veteran who is sailing the seas for many many years. Served under the WG and travelled together with a Yonko. He would surely come in handy. Zoro aint stupid either I think. His past as a bounty hunter helps too.

Well not from a fighting stand point. Both Luffy/Zoro are too reckless and being reckless with someone as powerful as Kaido can be bad for everyone. The only reckless fighters I see is Kidd and possibly Apoo.

I don't think Kidd will make it to Shanks anytime soon. Luffy and Kidd's alliance will run into Big Mam.

With the info we got the odds arent in the alliance's favour though Shanks is a somewhat easier to get to pirate as he seems to me not the lets have a horde and a countless base of underlings type. The RH r the happy go merry, lets enjoy our primes group of the Yonko they dont have the I'll b father(or mama) to all u lost sons of the sea or lets hunt df users or lets horde those fake df's and such stuff to disturb getting to them. At most they will have a few allies dotted around islands in their territory I believe.

I don't think it's gonna be a walk in the park like you guys are suggesting. If the alliance go for straight 1v1's with Shanks and his crew then each of them get smoked no doubt about it. But there's definitely a bigger picture.

Shanks is a Yonko, his crew tbh should be enough, especially his first mate who held Kizaru at gunpoint during the Marine war arc, that alone is an incredible feat as well as the red hair pirates stopping the war.

Yeah this is how I see it. I'm completely okay with the alliance taking out Shanks, it makes things less predictable like thinking Blackbeard was going to kill Shanks but instead its Kidd. The also are similar and Shanks could be the one to have cut off his arm.

I like the idea of the Kidd alliance defeating Shanks.
