Strongest people Shisui could beat?

IMO Shisui is strong af and up there with the 4 boss Uchihas, I wouldnt say he beats Itachi but hes at least top 20 maybe top 15.

All previous Gokage
Muu, Gengetsu, 3rd rai, 4th rai
Killer B
Jiraiya
Hiruzen
Hanzo

I know we havent seen him in a full fight but hes also not all hype either as we know alot of what hes capable of, any ideas?
